Joya has had great success going digital over the past 12 months and in the process, we have learned a great deal about overcoming ﬁnite thinking and challenging barriers. Our adaptive strategies will continue to improve services for Joya families well into the future. While Joya’s team works toward returning to more in-person services, as COVID restrictions allow, we continue to care for hundreds of children every month via telehealth. Here’s a glance at how we’ve been able to cross the digital divide since in-person treatment restrictions went into effect on March 17, 2020:
