Early Support for Infants and Toddlers (ESIT) wants to hear from you about the service you are receiving during COVID.
The survey (below) is the best, most direct way to communicate with the key decision makers at the state level in regards to the services your child has been receiving during COVID. Joya has been urging ESIT to lift the in-person restrictions so that we can individualize your service plan to meet your family’s needs. We are confident that our COVID screening, sanitizing and distancing plan will allow us to resume individual in-person services for families who want or need in-person care while continuing to offer telehealth as an option when necessary or preferred. The health and safety of Joya families and staff will always be our top priority.
Please help us advocate for you and your child by completing the survey below before Wednesday, October 7th!
COVID-19 Survey to ESIT Families
Dear ESIT Parents and Families:
We hope you and your family are safe and healthy as you read this. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we have been adjusting, like you, to the big changes in life during the last few months.
We want to hear from parents receiving early intervention services. One way to do that is to complete the survey below by Wednesday, October 7. It will help us get a better understanding of what families are experiencing during this time. The survey will only take a few minutes of your time.
If you need the survey in Farsi, Arabic or Urdu, please email Vanessa Allen, ESIT Family Engagement Coordinator, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
