Dan Fall

Occupational Therapist

At Joya since 1989

Practicing Occupational Therapist since 1984

Dan has an incredible love for helping children and families.  For more than three decades Dan has felt fortunate to serve countless kiddos in his hometown of Spokane.  One of his favorite things about working as an occupational therapist at Joya is the kids.  He says, “They benefit from us, but we also benefit from them. Working with a delay or disability forces us to help each other out.  We need to give, help, and share.”

After graduating with his OT degree in 1984, Dan spent five years working at Interlake School, a residential facility for severe to profound mentally and physically handicapped individuals, before coming to work with children at Joya . When he’s not busy helping children and families achieve their goals, Dan enjoys time with his wife of 30 years, Jan, and their big, beautiful (seven kids in all) family.  He’s always felt drawn to God’s creation, whether it’s hiking, camping and enjoying the great outdoors, or being around infants and toddlers!
